for some reason evry fnf game i play has black boxes over evry single charecter doues anyone know how to fix that

Yo so on the sky is a minor ver, bf is sonic and I Dont want sonic to be there, how can i change him back to bf? I've looked in the files.

Also change it to where you can reset settings because im re-downloading this because the offset would not go back to zero so i could not play.
